To create the ARC/INFO coverage, at the ARC command, type GENERATE followed by the cov-
erage name. The coverage is then created using the LINE subcommand and the AML &RUN directive
to load data from the output file from the AWK program (generate_filename).
Arc: GENERATE FLOOD*
Generate: LINES
Enter lines.
Terminate line by entering END at X,Y: prompt.
Terminate input by entering END at ID: prompt.
